Why book a private event versus making a reservation at The Rustic?

Private events are tailored to groups of 20 or more who are looking for: dedicated service, guaranteed space, curated food and beverages packages, a simplified checkout process, and expert team guidance.

Is this a private space?

While we don’t have a private room, we can reserve a designated section of our indoor space or patio for your group. We’ll also use bike racks and private event signs to create a distinct area, ensuring a more intimate experience away from other guests.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

If bad weather arises, we can move your group indoors, subject to availability. Additionally, you can reschedule the event at no cost within the designated timeframe. For added flexibility, a tent can be rented up to one week before the event for an additional fee.

Can I substitute items in the food packages?

Our pre-selected packages were created to provide variety and value. Please inquire with your Event Manager about any questions related to food allergies or to inquire about creating a custom package for your group.

Can we bring items to celebrate?

Absolutely! We welcome balloons and birthday cakes for your celebration. However, please note that other outside food is not permitted. You’re also welcome to bring additional décor, such as table linens or centerpieces, with prior approval from your Event Sales Manager.

Are we allowed to bring in outside vendors?

Yes! We love working with local vendors! You are welcome to source your own vendors or request the help of The Rustic Sales Manager. Our sales team will gladly connect you with our favorite reputable vendors for all kinds of event services!

Can you help me book a band for my event?

Yes! We have talent buying and production services available upon request.

What kind of bar service options are available?

We recommend a pre-ordered bar package (charged per person) for all group/private events. We also have the option for drink tickets/consumption bar (charged per drink) or cash bar (guests pay on their own). See our bar packages here.
