My husband and I love coming to The Rustic. We love the live music atmosphere and the food is always amazing. Today we had the ‘Triple Chop’ as a shared entree, the ‘Smoked Dip Duo’ as an appetizer, and the ‘Banana Pudding’ for dessert. And the service is always great.

Why book a private event versus making a reservation at The Rustic?

Private events are tailored to groups of 20 or more who are looking for: dedicated service, guaranteed space, curated food and beverages packages, simplified checkout process, and expert team guidance.

What areas of the restaurant are available for group/private event reservations?

We offer flexibility for your event, accommodating patio buyouts, full venue buyouts, and designated areas tailored to your group size.

Can I substitute items in the food packages?

Our pre-selected packages were created to provide variety and value. Please inquire with your Event Manager about any questions related to food allergies or to inquire about creating a custom package for your group.

How is the food served?

For groups of up to 40 people, all food is served Family Style.
For groups of 41+, we will set up a buffet in your private area for lunch/dinner packages.

What kind of bar service options are available?

We recommend a pre-ordered bar package (charged per person) for all group/private events. We also have the option for drink tickets/consumption bar (charged per drink) or cash bar (guests pay on their own). See our bar packages HERE.

Can we bring items to celebrate?

Absolutely! We welcome balloons and birthday cakes for your celebration. However, please note that other outside food is not permitted. You’re also welcome to bring additional décor, such as table linens or centerpieces, with prior approval from your Event Sales Manager.

Are we allowed to bring in outside vendors?

Yes! We love working with local vendors! You are welcome to source your own vendors or request the help of The Rustic Sales Manager. Our sales team will gladly connect you with our favorite reputable vendors for all kinds of event services!

Can you help me book a band for my event?

Yes! We have talent buying and production services available upon request.
